Privacy policy

This policy explains how Bargiohub International Ltd. (“Bargiohub”, “we”) handles personal data when you use this website. We are the data controller for the data described below.

What we collect and why

• Newsletter sign-ups — your email address, the date you subscribed and the date you confirmed. Used only to send the weekly deals email you asked for (legal basis: consent). We email you a confirmation link first and send nothing else until you click it.
• Store reviews — the name and text you submit. Reviews are checked by our team before they are published (legal basis: legitimate interest in publishing genuine shopper experiences).
• Technical data — your IP address is processed briefly to protect the site from abuse (rate limiting) and to count each coupon click or “did it work?” vote once. It is not used to identify you.

What stays on your device

Saved coupons and your chosen country are stored in your own browser (local storage). They are never sent to us with your identity and you can clear them at any time in your browser settings. See our cookie policy.

Retailer sites

When you click through to a retailer, that retailer and its affiliate network may set their own cookies to credit the sale. Their privacy policies apply on their sites.

How long we keep data

• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe — the address is then deleted, not just marked inactive.
• Unconfirmed sign-ups: deleted if never confirmed.
• Reviews: while published, or until you ask us to remove them.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time (every newsletter contains a one-click unsubscribe link). You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or your local EU data protection authority.
